Finding shining Pokemon can take hours or even days and lets face it, not everyone has that kind of time.
The GamePRo is a robotic device that can do the hard yards for you. It doesn't hack the game or increase your odds in any way; it is a purely mechanical device that will interact with the game by pressing buttons using servo motors and checking for shinyness using a webcam and light sensor.
The beauty is that you don't physically have to be there to press the buttons. In fact, you can even find shinies while you sleep!
There are other features available including breeding for high IVs in pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire and automatically accumulating battle points in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Or if you've got the skills, try programming some of your own custom features!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
GamePRo Hardware Switch
This is designed to have the Nintendo Switch slide in and out. It has servo motors and actuators that enable it to press buttons and control the thumb sticks. It has a webcam mounted facing the screen to sense what is happening in game.
GamePRo Hardware 3DS/2DSXL/2DS
This is designed to have a 3ds / 2ds XL slide in and out. It has servo motors and actuators that enable it to press the A,B,X and Y buttons as well as Up, Down, Left and Right. It can also hold down the L and R triggers and press Start and Select simultaneously to Soft Reset. It has a light sensor on the bottom screen and a webcam mounted facing the top screen to sense what is happening in game.
GamePRo Software
The GamePRo has an Arduino micro controller to control the servo motors. This can be calibrated to ensure each button is pressed properly when triggered.
